Seafront apartment with wide panoramic view located on the second floor of a building a few meters from the LIDO beach in Alghero. The quiet area is a short distance from other wonderful beaches such as San Giovanni, one of the most beautiful beaches in Alghero and Maria Pia. The apartment has an area of 60 square meters and has two bedrooms. There is a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a living room furnished with a sofa and dining table. A delightful terrace facing the sea, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view, equipped with solar curtains, communicates with the living area and is comfortably usable for eating.
The historic center is easily accessible on foot along the Bousquet promenade, which takes its name from the Catalan architect who designed it, or by bike along the cycle path along the Lido waterfront. A bus service connects Alghero to the airport and one of the stops is very close to the house.
You will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property before arrival.
